Pricing & Payment Terms

Plans

Tile Stage is sold as a subscription per company. Plans differ in the number of previews and brochures included per month and per year, the number of users and devices, and the image-resolution modes available. Current plans and prices are quoted by CoreOctal on request at — or shown on the pricing page at https://tilestage.in; an order, quote or plan page states the plan, the period, the price and the included quantities and forms part of the agreement.

Prices and taxes

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18% for software services) is added to every invoice. Customers outside India are quoted exclusive of Indian GST and are responsible for taxes in their country.
• A tax invoice is issued electronically for every payment and can be downloaded from the account or requested at —.
• Customers required to deduct tax at source (TDS) may do so as the Income-tax Act provides and must share the TDS certificate; the invoice is otherwise payable in full.

Payment

• Payments are collected by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator, by card, UPI, net banking, wallets and the other methods it offers. We never receive your full card number or banking credentials.
• A recurring subscription runs on an e-mandate you authorise at checkout. As the RBI requires, you receive a notification at least 24 hours before every debit, and you can modify or revoke the mandate at any time.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failed or late payment

If a payment fails you are notified by e-mail and may pay again; after 7 days the account becomes read-only and after 14 days it is suspended, and it is reactivated when the amount is paid. Usage counts and content are kept during a suspension of up to 90 days.

Changes

We may change prices or plan contents with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail; the change applies from the next renewal. Refunds and cancellation: Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery of access: Service Delivery Policy.
