Renders are visualisations

Tile Stage stages a tile image on a photograph of a room. The result is a design aid. It is not a photograph of the installed tile and it is not a promise of how the installation will look. In particular:

• Colour and tone on a screen depend on the screen, its brightness and calibration, the image file and the lighting in the photographed room. The same tile looks different on two screens and different again in a real room.
• Scale and layout are computed from the tile size and the room geometry recorded for the Space; real walls and floors are not perfectly flat or rectangular, and the actual tile count, cuts, grout width and starting point are decided on site.
• Finish, gloss, reflection, shadow and carving effects are simulated. Real matt, glossy and textured surfaces behave differently under real light.
• Tile images are supplied by the Customer; their accuracy, colour correction and resolution are the Customer's responsibility.
• Lighting, fixtures, furniture and props in a Space are illustrative.

Always confirm a choice with a physical sample in the actual room before ordering, cutting or laying tiles. CoreOctal accepts no liability for purchasing, production, installation or design decisions taken on the basis of a Render.
