Terms of Service › End User Licence Agreement
End User Licence Agreement
This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is between CoreOctal (we, Tile Stage) and you, the person using the Tile Stage studio and workspace in a browser (you). It forms part of the Terms of Service that your company accepted; where they differ, the Terms prevail for the company and this EULA for your personal use.
1. Licence
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Tile Stage web application through a supported browser, for the business purposes of the company whose account you belong to, for as long as your account is active.
2. What you may do
Open the Spaces the studio shows you, stage your company's tiles on them, adjust layout, grout, finish and view, and download the resulting Renders and brochures within your company's plan; upload your company's tile images and logo; keep your own list of favourite Spaces; use the Renders for your company's own sales and design work.
3. What you must not do
(a) copy, download, save, scrape, record or mirror any Space, scene photograph or catalogue data, except the Renders the studio produces for you; (b) use scripts, bots, extensions, API clients, proxies or any automation to access the service or to fetch its files; (c) share, publish or reuse links, sessions or any credential the studio uses; (d) circumvent, disable, test or interfere with any technical protection of the service; (e) use the browser's developer tools, debuggers, network inspectors or similar on the signed-in pages to inspect, extract or interfere with the service; (f) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or derive the source of the studio or its data formats, except where the law expressly allows and only after asking us; (g) share your credentials or let another person use your account, or use another person's account; (h) remove or alter any notice, mark or watermark; (i) use the service to build, train or improve a competing product; (j) use the service unlawfully or against the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Protection and records
You acknowledge that the service records your use (spaces opened, downloads, brochures, uploads, changes) with the time and network address; applies fair-use limits; signs your account in on one device at a time; and protects the signed-in pages against copying and automated use. A breach of clause 3, or use that looks automated or abusive, may sign you out, suspend your account for review and block your network address for a while; the account is released after review by Tile Stage. You agree not to interfere with these measures and that we may rely on their records.
5. Ownership
The service, the studio, the Spaces and all related rights remain ours and our licensors'. You receive no right other than the licence in clause 1. Your company's tile images, logo and details remain your company's.
6. Updates
We may update the service at any time; this EULA applies to every version. A change to this EULA is published at https://tilestage.in/legal/eula as part of the Terms of Service.
7. Term and termination
This EULA lasts while you hold an active account and ends when your account is deactivated by your company or by us, or when you breach it. On termination you stop using the service and delete any copies of its materials in your possession; clauses 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 survive.
8. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided "as is". Renders are visualisations and may differ from real tiles and rooms. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our liability to you personally is limited to INR 10,000, and the Terms of Service govern liability to your company.
9. Law and disputes
This EULA is governed by the laws of India; the courts of the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: —.
