Acceptable Use Policy
This policy says what every user of Tile Stage must not do. It forms part of the Terms of Service and the End User Licence Agreement; a breach may lead to suspension of the account, termination, and a claim for the loss caused.
Protecting the Spaces and the service
- No bulk or automated access: no scripts, bots, crawlers, extensions, API clients or proxies against the studio; no reuse of links, sessions or credentials.
- No copying of Spaces: no downloading, saving, caching, screenshotting in bulk, scraping or mirroring of scene photographs or catalogue data beyond the Renders the studio makes for you.
- No circumvention: do not disable, probe or get around any technical protection of the service.
- No developer tools on the signed-in pages for the purpose of inspecting or extracting the service.
- No account sharing; one person per account; one device at a time per account by default.
- No competing use: do not use the service, its Spaces or Renders to build, train or market a similar product.
Content
- Upload only tile images, logos and details you own or are licensed to use; nothing that infringes a trade mark, copyright, design right or a person's rights.
- Nothing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, deceptive or malicious (including malware or code in uploaded files).
- Do not enter another person's personal data into brochures or fields without the right to do so.
Conduct
- Do not interfere with other Customers, our systems, our staff or our payment partner; no denial-of-service, load testing or vulnerability scanning without written permission (see Security & Responsible Disclosure).
- Do not misrepresent who you are or which company you act for.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including export, sanctions and anti-corruption laws.
